FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are the plugin names redacted on this page?
The architecture — every bus, send, insert slot, and channel purpose — is the free educational layer. The specific plugin names, exact settings, and stock-Logic fallbacks are what you pay for. The DIY Instructions give you everything as PDFs. The full template gives you the finished Logic session.
What's the difference between the DIY Instructions and the Template?
The DIY kit ($29.90) is a complete reference — Build Guide, Settings Reference, Stock Logic Fallback Map, diagram, and raw CSV/JSON — that lets you build the 17-system template yourself. The Template ($109) is the finished Logic Pro session with every routing, bus, and plugin placement already wired.
Does the system work without third-party plugins?
Yes. The Stock Logic Fallback Map (included in both tiers) documents a stock-Logic alternative for every third-party processor. You can run the full system with stock Logic plugins only if you don't own the third-party tools.
Can I see a single system before I buy?
Yes. Each of the published signal chains — kick, snare, bass, vocal, guitar, drum bus, final mix, print, and limiter — has its own public page with plugin order, purpose, and stock Logic alternatives.
